Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients:
2 cups

All-purpose flower
( I used whole wheat flower)

¾ tsp
|
Baking powder
|
½ tsp
|
Salt ( I did not
use salt cause I did not have any)
|
1 cup
|
Sugar ( you can use less if you use trivia or stevia or
splenda)
|
¼ cup
|
Butter softened ( instead of butter you can use another ½ of
banana)
|
2 large
|
Eggs
|
1 ½ cups
|
Mashed ripe bananas about (3 bananas)
|
1/3 cup
|
Low fat yogurt ( I used vanilla flavored)
|
1 tsp
|
Vanilla extract
|
Cooking spray
|
Directions:
Mix all of the web ingredients together then add the dry
ones stir until all mixed together nicely.
Pour ingredients into a bread making pan that has been
sprayed with non-stick spray.
Place in oven at 350
for about 18- minutes or until completely cooked. You can test by sticking
